Steps to creating your project:

1. Select your Silhouette

To get started with your custom hat project, simply select the shape you prefer. To review your options, refer to the images above.

2. Select your Branding

With your style of hat selected, the next step is to decide how, or if, you'll brand the hat. Classic options are patches or embroidery, but if you can dream it, we can do it!

3. Select your Colors

Next up: dialing in your color options. With a range of fabrics and colors available, we'll work with you to find the perfect colors for your custom hat.

4. Double Check the Details

You may not realize it, but creating a custom hat comes with a world of options. From closure type to brim size and eyelet styles, we'll walk you through all of the details of your project.

5. Order a Sample

While not required, we highly recommend ordering a sample of your hat before production. Doing so ensures that your finished product is exactly as you expect it to be, and allows you to get a jumpstart on collecting marketing materials.

6. Place Your Order

Finally, once we've hammered out all the details and you've had a chance to review your sample, it's time to place your full order. Typical production times are 4-6 weeks.
