How long will it take for my order to ship?
Typically, orders ship within 48 business hours of your order. Occasionally there will be a delay if we have trouble processing your order. Most commonly, these delays are the result of incorrect shipping addresses. If we run into any issues whatsoever, you can expect to hear from us within the same 48-hour timespan.
Do you have any shipping restrictions?
At the moment, we have no shipping restrictions and are willing to ship internationally. We should, however, mention that it's in your best interest to familiarize yourself with tax and duty laws in your country to avoid unexpected charges upon receipt of your order.
Will I have to pay taxes on my order?
If you are having your order delivered to an address in Vermont, then yes, you will be charged 7% sales tax. If you are shipping to any of the other 49 United States, then you will not have to pay sales tax.
If you are an international customer, we encourage you to check with your country's customs department to learn what kinds of duties or taxes will be incurred upon delivery. Every country is different in regards to importing merchandise from America, so there is no easy answer here. For a quick reference, feel free to use this duties calculator. How does the Lifetime Warranty Work?
Our Lifetime Warranty is cut and dry. If your Hemetic Trading Co. product fails at any point before you think it should, simply get in touch with us! Each and every case will be different, so we can't provide you with a definitive solution, but we guarantee that your product will either be fixed, replaced, or eligible for replacement. Again, the particular situation will determine the solution, and we'll do everything possible to take care of your needs. When you place an order on our website, we’ll ask for your name, shipping address, E-mail address, billing information, and billing address. This information is required to successfully process and deliver your order, and will not be used or sold maliciously.

Hemetic Trading Co. reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time. Some situations that may cause the cancellation or refusal of an order include, but are not limited to: aforementioned price and typographical errors, insufficient inventory, or orders identified as potentially fraudulent.
International orders are required to accept whatever duties and taxes they may incur upon delivery. Hemetic Trading Co. will abandon refused packages, and will not offer a refund as a result of a refused delivery.
All orders shipping within the United States are shipped via the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground, based on cost effectiveness. Regardless of carrier, you'll receive an E-mail that contains your tracking information when your order ships.
All international orders are currently shipping through the United States Postal Service. Tracking Information for these orders is guaranteed until the packages reaches U.S. Customs. Once the packages enters you country, it is entirely up to your country's postal service to determine whether or not they will continue updating the tracking information. Some countries are great at keeping the tracking updated, while others are not.
Currently, our shipping prices are determined by total order weight. Each product on our website lists its weight, and shipping costs can be determined by calculating the total weight of your order and aligning it with the proper range and service listed below:

Regardless of which payment service you use, Hemetic will never store any data related to your payment on our servers. Unless you use Apple Pay or payment information stored within your browser (Web Payments), your payment will be processed by Stripe. In this scenario, we will be able to access your billing address, card’s expiration date, and the last four digits of your credit card. This information is automatically stored by Stripe, and is made available to Hemetic for fraud detection purposes. This is standard practice and is consistent with all other merchants using Stripe Payment Processing.
